WebDefine.com was started and is currently run by the company's president, Bethany Cahours. After graduating from college with a degree in website and graphic design, Bethany worked for several years at a website design company in Livonia, Michigan, gaining practical knowledge in all areas of web design including information architecture, project management, and problem solving.
When she gave birth to her son, she decided to take her years of experience, her background in customer service, and her determination to succeed and start her own web design business working from home.
Based in the Linden / Fenton area of Genesee County, WebDefine.com was first registered with the State of Michigan as a limited liability company in the spring of 2005. Since then the business has continued to grow, for the most part through word-of-mouth networking and satisfied customers.
