Phase 4: Build-Out
Once you approve the design, we will build out the website. At this point, we will need the content for the pages from you (unless we are also contracted to write the copy). This is the phase in which we optimize your site for search engines, by using such techniques as keyword rich, well organized content, descriptive meta tags, and keywords in alt tags. We will also complete cross-browser testing to make sure that your site is compliant in IE and Mozilla. Once the site is coded and content is in, we will perform QA testing and request that you spend time familiarizing yourself with the site. We want it to be perfect before it goes live.
Phase 5: Launch
We have written approval from you to launch your website! As soon as the files have been placed on the public server, we will QA test the live site. We will also submit an xml sitemap to google. This will allow us to monitor your search engine rankings and tweak the site accordingly.
